Basic Seasonal Service

$500

This is a half day (4-5hr) service that is designed for pianos that would benefit from more than just a tuning. By improving the timing of the keys and related action parts, we can bring forward a more consistent playing experience. Our Basic Service Package is a great option for beginner to intermediate pianists desiring a more connected experience with their piano and the music they’re playing.

  • Improve action regulation (improve resoponse and feel of keys)

  • Voicing of the hammers (make tone even and beautiful)

Performance Service

$800

Our Performance Package is an all day (6-8hr) Service for pianists and students who require a piano that responds more faithfully to the demands of their repertoire and abilities. Optimizing touch and response from a foundational level, we can reveal your pianos true potential. We customize your piano action’s performance based on the unique realities of your instrument. Fine tuning and substantial voicing are also included to create an even and beautiful tone.

  • Key leveling determining key dip (make key travel more consistent)

  • Substantial action regulation (improve touch-response and feel)

  • Substantial voicing of the hammers (make tone even and beautiful)

Deep Cleaning Service

$450

This 4hr Service is dedicated to rejuvenating your pianos beauty and removing dust and grime collected over the years.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Vacuum and remove debris from interior of piano.

  • Remove surface corrosion from strings

  • Clean soundboard

  • Clean plate and pin field.

  • Remove, clean and detail action

  • Polish and/or clean cabinet finish as necessary

  • Polish piano pedals and accessible case metals

  • Tune Piano

James did a seasonal service on Bainbridge for our Kingsbury Upright piano that our daughter is learning to play on. He spent almost 5 hours with the piano and the care and attention to detail was evident as I listened to him performing the service (the short pieces of him playing were beautiful and added a little extra). Being an older piano he was super clear on what work was worth doing vs not depending on the level of play and I appreciated that transparency.
